"Quasi-quark spectrum near chiral transition"

We investigate the quark spectrum near but above the critical temperature of the chiral transition, focusing on the fluctuations of the order parameter of the chiral condensate. The spectral function of the quasi-quark shows several peaks at low frequencies and momenta. We show that this behavior can be understood from the resonant scattering of a quasi-quark off the fluctuations. Effects of finite density, with the spectrum near the tricritical point, are also discussed.
